General Terms

1. Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.
   
   2. I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.
   
   3. Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.
   
   4. Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.
   
   5. I have every right to decline a commissionif I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.

6. You may request major changes until the In-Progress Report. After that, only minor changes will be allowed.

7. Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most three (3) months max to complete the commission once I have begun the commission process just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

8. Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit @mad_strom on Instagram and @mads-mads.bsky.social on Bluesky.

Payment is via Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.

Please be kind. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior against me during the process will result in me canceling the commission. You will be refunded for the commission upon cancellation by me, but I will be keeping 50% of the total payment.

After we agree to begin the process, half payment is due upfront before I begin any drafts, sketches, etc. Once payment is confirmed, I will begin by sending you a draft. Once approved, I will get to work on line-art. Afterwards I will send an In-Progress Update for your review. Once approved, you must send the remaining payment before I begin finalizing the piece.

Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.

Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work. No physical product will be delivered.
